How to Lose Body Fat Quick-Follow This Simple Tip



Most people who workout a lot care about their appearance, including getting their body fat levels to what they view as acceptable levels.

Everybody knows this isn't east. However, there are simple things people can do to speed up the process. The following article by Shaun Hadsall, otherwise known as the "stubborn fat loss expert" shares one easy thing all of us can do to get rid of that stubborn fat.

Fight BAD estrogen and “let go” of more fat…

I always get a giggle when people at my local gym
approach me asking for advice on how to get leaner.

Typically, the first words out of their mouth are:

“What supplements and fat burners do you take?”

They don’t ask about exercise strategy.

They don’t ask about nutrition.

Nope.

Instead, it’s always the same ole’ song and dance.

A magic pill or a quick fix.

My advice?

Eat MORE greens to burn MORE fat.

Green cruciferous veggies have dozens of health benefits that
will keep your body alkaline, reduce inflammation, speed up
recovery, and help your body shed more unwanted weight.

They contain a naturally occurring ingredient called DIM, which
is strongly anti-estrogenic, so it helps block BAD estrogen that
accumulates inside our bodies.

DIM not only wards of off bad estrogen, it also acts as an immuno-
stimulant, which means it can naturally “boost” your immune system.

Wikipedia even touts this ingredient to have various potent anti-
cancer properties.

So including these foods in your diet could go a long way.

Obvious choices to add to your daily nutrition plan are broccoli,
cauliflower, spinach, asparagus, and cabbage.

Some other, lesser-known, super veggies include swiss chard,
arugula, collard greens, Bok Choy, kale, and watercress.

One last very important tip about how you should cook these
super greens so you can get the maximum benefit.

I recommend using two options:

1. Raw
2. Minimally cook (steam, boil, or stir fry in healthy oil)

Many “raw” food advocates claim that ANY type of cooking will
destroy the nutrients.

This is not always the case.

Although cooking certain greens may cause them to lose some
Vitamin C, high temperatures for a short amount of time can
soften the fibrous plant material.

This allows them to “release” super nutrients like Glucosinolates
--  sulfur-containing compounds that have been shown to reduce
cancer risk.
