Well, we all know that to get skinny quick, we have to make some dietary changes!
I came across a couple of what Shape magazine calls "Stay-Trim Parlor Tricks". These tricks are simply learning how to place orders while eating out so you can stay on track for your get skinny quick weight loss goals.
Here is Parlor Trick #1:
Eat like a kid. Gloria Tsang, R.D., a nutritionist in Vancouver, Canada says that a single scoop is close to the recommended half cup serving size.
So what you can do is request for a small or a kid's size scoop. The size would be about the size of a tennis ball.
