Get Skinny Quick-Beat Belly Fat

I was just browsing through my Shape magazine yesterday and came across a great article about how to beat belly fat. Losing belly fat is one of those things that those of us who desire to get skinny quick want to do.

The article talked about how some foods are better for shedding inches than others. Sari Greaves, R.D., a New York City nutritionist talked about how there is no single exercise movement or magic pill to zap the fat. You have to lose overall body fat to trim your mid section.

One way to do this is to eat certain foods. It has been found that those who follow a low fat diet rich in fiber and nutrients were three times less likely to put on the put on the pounds around the middle.

Over the next couple of posts, I'll share what some of these foods are: those to eat more of and those to avoid.

Eat more of. . . . .

1. Melons such as honeydew and cantaloupe. These fruits have fewer than 50 calories a slice and are high in potassium. What this does is keep your sodium levels in check and causes less belly bloating.

2. Whole grain breads. Researchers have found that those who eat at least 5 servings of whole grains while following a low calorie diet shed 24% more ab fat that those who ate the same number of calories, but ate refined grains. So, eat things like oatmeal, millet, whole wheat bread, etc.

More to come in the next post!

Get SKinny Quick-8 Tips to Avoid Overeating

For those of us who are seeking to get skinny quick, one of the things we need to be careful of is overeating. It sometimes is easy to do, especially in particular situations.

These 8 tips will help you get a handle on overeating and keep you on track so you can get skinny quick and achieve your weight loss goals.

How to Prevent Overeating
From your Weight Loss Guide

Here are our best tips for avoiding overeating, banishing binges and escaping from emotional eating.

Here's How:

  1. Drink a glass or ice cold water as soon as you sit down for your meal. Or, enjoy a bowl of broth-based soup just before your entree.
  2. Precede your meal with an apple, raw vegetables or a salad with reduced fat dressing. Doing so will curb your appetite and give your diet a fiber boost.
  3. Keep your blood sugar (and your appetite) at an even keel all day long by not going any longer than 5 hours without having something to eat.
  4. Eat multiple, healthy mini meals throughout the day rather than a few large ones.
  5. Eat a carb and protein-comprised snack 1 to 2 hours before your meal. For example, reduced fat cheese and crackers or cereal with low-fat yogurt.
  6. Avoid overeating due to emotions by talking to a counselor or close friend, or keeping a journal. Or, log on to a message board or chat room you enjoy to get support from your "virtual" friends.
  7. Exercise! When you feel a binge coming on, exercise is a great way to elevate your mood and get your mind of food. It also relieves stress.
  8. When dining out, ask your server to package up half of your entree in to-go container when he brings your meal. Chances are you won't open that container and eat the rest there and then.

To Your Success,

Get Skinny Quick-Avoid That Scale!

Today's get skinny quick tip has to do with how to measure if your weight loss is where it needs to be by not hopping on the scale.

I know that for many of us, including myself, not seeing those numbers budge can be frustrating! Jennifer Scott suggests a different way for us to measure success.

I know you will like her method!

Do You Measure UP?
by Jennifer Scott

Stepping on the scale can be frustrating. Weight can fluctuate by several pounds simply through the course of one day. What you’ve eaten, how much water you’re retaining and hormone fluctuations can all influence the numbers on the scale.

How about a different way to measure success? Instead, you could see that you’re toning up and gaining muscle without ever stepping foot on the scale. Pull out a measuring tape to get the real deal.

A measuring tape will give you an accurate picture of your progress from start to finish. You will find inches disappearing from your belly, thighs, hips and even your upper arms.

Just the FAQ: Do I Need to Lose Weight

Q: I weigh 145 pounds. Do I need to lose weight?

A: That's not a question I can answer. But I can tell you some ways to find out.

If you feel you're carrying around a little extra weight -- but your doctor says you're in good health -- you probably don't need to lose weight unless its affecting your activity level or well-being.

Being overweight means your weight is just a little higher than what is considered normal weight for your height. If you've put on more than a few pounds, you will need to assess how your weight is impacting your risk of developing serious weight-related diseases and health conditions.

If and when your weight affects your daily well-being, and/or you have higher risks for disease or illness (and/or family history) due to your excess weight, then it's time to start losing weight.

There are three main ways that weight is measured. They are: percent body fat, waist-to-hip ratio, and BMI.

If you discover that your results are in the "danger zone" of health risks via any of these assessment tools, you'll know you need to lose weight for the sake of your health.

Percent Body Fat

PBF is measured with a painless test called "caliper measurement". This test measures subcutaneous (under the skin) fat using a skinfold caliper. The caliper is used to grasp a fold of skin and pull it away from your muscle.

The folds are usually measured at the waist, hips, and thighs, and several other locations on the body. The findings are then calculated into a formula that allows your body fat to be estimated.

There are a few reasons why percent body fat measurement may not be ideal: The older you are, the less likely the results are to be accurate, because of the way fat distribution changes as we age; it is best for those under the age of 55, though it can become less accurate by your 40s.

Additionally, the accuracy of the results can vary according to the skill of the person taking the measurements and the quality of the caliper used to take the measurement. Lastly, the more overweight an individual is, the less accurate the results are likely to be.

What Does it Mean?

Body fat caliper measurement first came about in the 90's and it wasn't until 2000 that standards for body fat ranges were identified. According to those findings, a woman between the age of 20 and 39 has increased health risks at 33; the risks greatly increase at 39. For men, health risks increase at 20 and greatly increase at 25.

Get Skinny Quick-Lose Belly Fat

Today's get skinny quick has to do with how to lose that stubborn belly fat. It's important that it be lost because it can pose some serious health risks.

Learn and get rid of that stubborn belly fat!

Waist Management: How to Lose Belly Fat for Good

You can suck it in with Spanx, but you can't hide from the health risks of belly fat. Lose the weight around your middle fast with our easy flab fighters and healthy ways to burn more fat and calories every day.

Why Flat Abs Are More Important Than Ever

So you've put on a pound or two this winter. That's not so bad, right? Thing is, the extra weight probably went straight to your waist. And that's where the trouble starts.

Belly fat is the latest threat to your health. Study after study shows that it increases your risk of heart disease, hypertension, cancer, and dementia. Not only that, women whose waists are bigger than 35 inches are more than twice as likely to die of heart disease than women whose middles measure less than 28 inches, according to research from the National Institutes of Health. And a waist that's more than 32 inches ups your risk of diabetes, experts say. "Some patients tell me, 'I don't have a weight problem except for my belly,' but that is a big, big problem," says Madelyn Fernstrom, PhD, director of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Weight Management Center and a FITNESS advisory board member.

Belly fat, or visceral fat, is so dangerous because it lies deep in your abdomen, surrounds your organs, and secretes toxic hormones, explains Rachel A. Whitmer, PhD, a research scientist at Kaiser Permanente in Oakland, California. Two of the worst offenders it spawns are proteins called cytokines and adipokines, which contribute to the thickening of the walls of coronary blood vessels, increasing the chances that you'll have a heart attack, says James A. de Lemos, MD, a cardiologist and associate professor at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.

The liver -- your body's detox center -- also seriously suffers if you have too much ab flab. "When the liver gets infiltrated with this fat, it can have a harder time filtering out harmful substances," Fernstrom says. Belly bulge even affects your muscles, making them less effective, which can raise your diabetes risk. (The reason: Healthy muscles use up a lot of the sugar the body takes in, while sluggish ones can't metabolize it as well.) If all that isn't enough to make you start doing crunches, new evidence suggests that apple-shaped women are more likely to get certain cancers -- especially breast, colon, and uterine -- though researchers don't yet know why.

Now for the good news (yes, there is some): "Before menopause, women lose weight far more easily from their bellies than from their thighs and buttocks," says Michele S. Olson, PhD, a professor of exercise science at Auburn University in Montgomery, Alabama, and a FITNESS advisory board member. The best advice: Get started today. On the next page we'll share the experts' top tips for losing the spare tire, keeping it off -- and adding years to your life.

Get Skinny Quick

If you are working on getting skinny quick, and are wondering what the recent trends are for diets, what foods you should be eating, etc. these tips from an expert will help.

Today's tip answers questions dieters may have about some common food items we hear is good for us. Read on to learn more.

Flaxseed, Frozen Yogurt, and Red Bell Peppers: Your Nutrition Questions Answered

Are flaxseeds really necessary in your diet? Is frozen yogurt just as nutritious as regular yogurt? And do red bell peppers offer more benefits than the other peppers? Find out here.

Flaxseeds

There is a never-ending stream of nutrition questions. So we looked to a few of our expert sources to find answers about whether flaxseeds matter, why red peppers may be better than others, and if frozen yogurt is just plain old dessert.

What are flaxseeds? Why have they received such attention from health food advocates? And are they really necessary in our diet?

Fact: Flaxseeds (aka linseeds) are about the size of sesame seeds and come from the flax plant, a blue-flowering member of the Linaceae family that is grown largely in Canada, China, and the United States. "Various parts of the plants have been used for centuries to make fabric and cloth and for other household and industrial purposes -- for example, linseed oil used by painters comes from flax plants," says Marian L. Neuhouser, PhD, RD, nutrition researcher at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle.

"The lignans in flaxseeds produce anti-inflammatory prostaglandins that help to reduce the inflammation that may be associated with asthma, arthritis, osteoporosis, and migraine headaches. The nutrient benefits have been shown to reduce risk for diabetes, reduce blood cholesterol levels, control blood sugar and insulin levels, and promote gastro-intestinal health," adds Neuhouser.

The seeds are brimming with nutrients (including protein, iron, phosphorous, calcium, B vitamins, and vitamin E), all packed into a small and quite tasty little seed, says Janet Brill, PhD, RD, author of Cholesterol DOWN (Three Rivers, 2006). Specifically, flaxseeds are a good food source of fiber, manganese, magnesium, and antioxidants. They may be consumed in the form of ground flaxseed meal or as flaxseed oil. Flaxseed meal contains more fiber and phytochemicals than flaxseed oil, but the oil is higher in omega-3 fatty acids than the meal.

They have a hard outer coating and need to be ground into meal to allow their nutrients to become more bio-available to the body. This may be accomplished easily using a simple household coffee grinder. Whole flaxseeds pass through the gastrointestinal tract intact and have a laxative effect on the body, says Anne VanBeber, PhD, RD, LD, associate professor and chair of the department of nutritional sciences at Texas Christian University.

Fiction: That the omega-3 fats in flaxseeds have the same health benefits as the omega-3 fats in fish, says Jodi (Citrin) Greebel, a registered dietitian in New York City and the president of Citrition, LLC.

Concerns: The primary health benefit is purported to be the relatively high content of alpha-linoleic acid (ALA) -- a type of omega-3 fatty acid. "Consumers need to be a little cautious, though, because the body is relatively slow and inefficient at converting ALA, which has 18 carbons, to the longer chain EPA and DHA, which have the real health benefits of increasing immune function, lowering inflammation, and providing heart and circulatory benefits," says Neuhouser. "Flaxseeds should not be used as the sole dietary source of omega-3 fatty acids. Cold-water fish, such as salmon, contain higher levels of EPA and DHA," adds VanBeber.

Additionally, according to Neuhouser we need to be wary of overconsumption, because flaxseeds can have a laxative effect, resulting in diarrhea.

Bottom Line: Including flaxseeds in the diet is a good way to work toward achieving the desired 1:2 ratio of omega-3 fatty acids to omega-6 fatty acids in the body. The average American diet results in a ratio of between 1:2 and 1:5. A lower omega-3:omega-6 ratio is associated with reduced risk of chronic disease, explains VanBeber.

Get Skinny Quick Tip

I really liked this article that I ran into over at http://www.fitnessmagazine.com It talks about how a family can get in shape together and those who want to get skinny quick can still drop the pounds!

Here is the first part:

Children's Games That Can Help The Whole Family Get In Shape By Charles Stuart Platkin

Children aren't the only ones who can enjoy playing games like hopscotch and musical chairs. These games can actually help get and keep you in shape. Here, a few popular children's games, how to play them, and their benefits.

Hopscotch

Remember when you were a kid and you spent the entire weekend outside playing? Well, those childhood games can actually help get and keep you in shape. Here are a few popular children's activities, how to play them, and their benefits.

Hopscotch

Benefits: According to Mieke Scripps, PT, DT, a physical therapist for the Miami City Ballet, hopscotch is great for balance and strength. Hopping works all the leg muscles, and when on one leg the core or center muscles will be challenged. Bending down to pick up stones while on one leg is also great for balance and gluteal strength. In fact, hopping may improve "overall lower extremity mobility given the different movement planes (forward-back, sideways, and rotational)," says Fabio Comana, MA, MS, an exercise physiologist for the American Council on Exercise.

What You Need: Chalk or masking tape, a sidewalk, safe street and/or flat surface, and a stone.

How You Play: Using chalk or masking tape, draw the following: A single box with the number 1 in it, then two boxes side-by-side centered right above that box. Label these boxes 2 and 3. Next draw a single box, centered above the 2 and 3 boxes. Label it 4. Continue with two more boxes labeled 5 and 6, one centered above those labeled 7, and finally two more -- 8 and 9 -- with a semicircle or half-moon at the top.

You need two or more players. One person starts by tossing a stone into the first box. If you miss the box, you lose your turn. If the stone falls in the box, you get to go through the hopscotch course putting only one foot in each box. This means you alternately hop on one foot and land on two feet side by side. Skip the box with the stone in it along the way. The idea is to go through the entire course without losing your balance. After you get to the top, you turn and head back down the course picking up the stone when you come to it. If you complete the course without falling, stepping on a line, or missing one of the boxes, you throw the stone to the next numbered box and repeat the process. If you don't complete the course, you must wait your turn and then start in the box where you ended your previous turn. Whoever completes the full course first wins.

How Many Calories You Burn: About 5.9 calories per minute and 175.8 calories per half-hour.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots-Weight Loss is Simply A Lifestyle

Looking for some simple, easy to use weight loss info that will help you get get skinny quick? If so, I think you will enjoy today's post which presents a no-nonsense way to achieve your weight loss goals.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots - Weight Loss is a Lifestyle, Not a Diet
By Paul Matthew Moore

Diets have come and gone and a new one will be invented tomorrow promising you everything and delivering very little. That is because they are considered something you go on and then go off. In other words, they are temporary. That is not to say they are useless just that they will never give you continued success unless you change some things permanently.

What is a Diet Good for?

Diets have their place in your weight loss goals. First of all, they can be beneficial to jump starting your metabolism. Kind of a fire starter if you will. A jump-start will give you more energy and the initial weight loss can boost your self-confidence.

However, you will need to be ready to make some whole life changes if you want the results to be permanent. What are some changes you will need to make? Well a lot of that depends on you.

Lifestyle Changes- Fast Food

Are you a fast food junkie who eats out at least a couple of times per week? If so, you will find that you have plenty of company. Many people are so busy that the drive through is a perfect solution for dinner, lunch and even breakfast. The problem is many have no idea that one meal from a fast food restaurant can contain nearly a whole day's caloric intake.

One popular fast food joint has a burger that is 750 calories! The burger alone is a third of your recommended daily allowance; add the fries and a drink and you are done for the day.

Does this mean you can never have fast food again? Not necessarily, but it will mean that you have to be aware of what you are eating. Most fast food places have a website that contains all the nutritional information for the foods they serve. Check them out then make you a list of "safe" fast foods.

Exercise Changes

If you never move your body more than from the house to the car to work and back you will have a hard time losing weight and keeping it off. The human body functions best when there are periods of exercise. It increases mood stabilizers in the blood stream and best of all burns calories.

While you are on your diet, take the time to incorporate exercise into your life. You will feel better and increase your weight loss rates exponentially. Start with a walk, park further away from the store or your office. Then as you progress, find time to walk more or jog. Whatever you can comfortably fit in your schedule will be a great place to start.

Healthy Eating

This is absolutely the most important part of all. While you are on your chosen diet, you will want to become familiar with healthier food choices. Find ways to make your favorite foods better for you. Can you substitute ground turkey for ground beef in some recipes? Learn new recipes that include fresh fruits and vegetables.

You see your body needs several things to function at a healthy level. Proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals just to name a few. You also need certain fats to cushion joints and protect your vital organs. Create a lifestyle eating plan that brings all of these elements into play and you will feel amazing and best of all you will be able to lose weight and keep it off.

If you are looking for a proven diet with which you can lose weight in short time, Fat Loss 4 Idiots is the answer. The Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet generated will include the foods you like. With numerous meal combinations you can lose 9 pounds in 11 days. Click Here to Visit http://www.squidoo.com/fatloss4idiotsreviewsforu for more in depth details.

Eat more-lose more

I have never been one to skip breakfast. I might not eat a lot, but I always do eat something, especially if I hit the gym first!

As it turns out, for those who are looking to get skinny quick, skipping breakfast is a big no-no.

Find out why now and never skip breakfast again!

No More Excuses: Breakfast Recipes for Every Morning By Sharlene K. Johnson

Trust us, skipping breakfast isn't going to help you lose weight. Here are five quick and easy breakfast recipes that'll bust any excuse for missing your morning meal.

Power Up Your Mornings

Looking to lose a few pounds? Dish up a bigger breakfast. Recent research shows that a morning meal that's 400 to 500 calories helps you feel full and may make it easier to stick to your diet. The secret ingredient: approximately 200 calories of lean protein, like eggs or low-fat Canadian bacon. "In our study, people who ate extra protein in the a.m. felt more satisfied," says study author Heather Leidy, PhD, an assistant professor of dietetics and nutrition at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City. "Protein keeps you fuller longer than carbs, so eating it for breakfast helps you cut calories all day." Taking time for breakfast is one of the smartest things you can do for your health. Women who eat it every day are not only thinner, but they also have lower cholesterol levels and less risk for type 2 diabetes than those who skip it, research shows. That's because breakfast foods tend to be high in health-boosting nutrients like fiber, experts say. Not the morning-meal type? "A lot of people don't have time for it, but they pay the price by overeating later," says FITNESS advisory board member Leslie Bonci, RD, director of sports nutrition at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. "It's crucial to have something healthy."

Rise and Dine
Having a big breakfast doesn't mean you have to nibble a tiny salad for dinner. If you're trying to lose weight, stick to a 1,600-calories-a-day plan, aiming for 400 to 500 calories at each meal with enough reserved for a snack or two. Can't stomach eggs? Bored silly by cereal? No worries. Try these delicious solutions from Bonci for all your breakfast troubles.

How to Lose Weight Super Fast - Super Fast Weight Loss Lies in the Mind

What I liked about this article is that it used a different approach and discussed how mindset has a part to play in our ability to lose weight. You sometimes don't hear a lot of that!

By the way, I am about 7 days into wearing my new BodyBugg. I am working on how to get my caloric intake just right. My personal consultant says it will take a few weeks until we get a really good baseline.

At this point though, I see why I am having problems losing-my caloric deficit isn't enough! So, it has been helpful to see real numbers with that.

Well, let's get back to the article for today. I know you will enjoy it.

How to Lose Weight Super Fast - Super Fast Weight Loss Lies in the MindBy Sally Schofield

How to lose weight super fast, is a question that is asked amongst people who desire perfection in themselves, a quite admirable quality, that most people lack. In a society that is appearance-orientated, maintaining a weight or a figure that the world accepts and which you are happy with are both equally important.

The way the world sees you can impact on employment prospects and your future relationships. Whilst from your side, being content with your figure can alleviate many mental health issues such as depression, anxiety and stress.

So how can I lose weight quickly? There are many diets out there can claim you will be able to shed a bucket load full of pounds in mere days. Of course then you look at the small print and see that the statement only applies to the one person out of ten thousand. Not only are these diets manipulative but also they are extremely dangerous, where they advise you to keep away from certain nutrients like carbohydrates or protein. These are vital aspects of your metabolism, and such foolhardy advice, will only lead to a lack of energy.

Therefore our question should be revised to, how to slim down quickly and safely? There are a few weight loss programs out there amongst all the ebooks, cds and video that work on the principle of using sound methods to achieve equally amazing bodies.

However here is a startling fact that amazes most people. That only 18% who attempt to lose weight actually succeed. Usually the answer, besides inefficient programs, is mostly down to the mind.

Thoughts are the most important things that anyone can have. All great achievements spring from an equally powerful thought or desire. It's applying actions to these thoughts that most people have difficulty with. If someone thinks that they can't lose weight then they won't. A strong mindset is essential if anyone wishes to succeed in their endeavours.

And being able to lose weight super fast is one of those.
Amongst all the weight loss programs out there, only a few stand up under close scrutiny. For a comprehensive review of the programs that have changed peoples lives visit How To Slim Down Quickly.

Fast Ways to Lose Weight - Calorie Shifting, Cleansing and Interval Training

This is a right on article I ran across over at ezinearticles.com. I like it because I have done everything the author talks about. With the Master Cleanse, I didn't lose 10-15 pounds, but I did clear out my colon really good! I also eat well and do interval training at my local gym. I just recently purchased a BodyBugg and will have to keep you updated on how that goes. I am in the process of getting a baseline this week with the assistance of a trainer at the local gym. I need to lose 12 pounds according to the program and they should be all off before the end of May.

That will be cool! In the meantime, enjoy the article.

Fast Ways to Lose Weight - Calorie Shifting, Cleansing and Interval Training

By Dean Boukaras Platinum Quality Author

So you've probably heard it all before that there are no fast ways to lose weight, while there is some truth to this, for the most part it can be done. When people think of the fastest possible way to lose weight, many times they might just be thinking in terms of a wedding or a vacation and they just want to look their best. However losing weight quickly and randomly in this manner is not what I recommend, because it doesn't get you anywhere in the end. So today I'm going to provide my 3 favorite fast ways to lose weight that will keep it off as well!

Calorie Shifting Diets: The way this type of diet works is instead of reducing just fats, or just carbs, this type of diet looks at the bigger picture, since many diets that just focus on one thing tend to fail in the long run. So instead of eliminating foods from you diet, calorie shifting diets look to have you eat certain types of foods at specific times when you body is at its best to burn off the specific type of food. Its easy to follow and best of all its one of the least limiting diets around.

Cleansing: The cleansing industry just keeps growing bigger and bigger, with many products promising to do more than the last. The reality is that the original Master Cleanse that came out in 1941 is still the ultimate weight loss cleanse. Also known as the maple syrup detox or the lemon cleanse, the master cleanse involves drinking a mixture of maple syrup, fresh squeezed lemon juice, cayenne pepper and filtered water. This clears out your organs of toxic waste, and more importantly for weight loss it forces your body to burn fat at a heightened level. People literally lose 10-15 pounds after only a week on this cleanse and most keep it all off assuming they know how to do the cleanse properly.

Interval Training: High intensity workouts are the way to go for fat burning, they spike your metabolic rate up and keep pushing its limits. Its similar to working out and building a muscle over time, this type of workout trains your body to burn fat at an elevated level while working out. More importantly these workouts are made to be convenient and short so you're not stuck working out all the time. They're very popular amongst fitness models and celebrities.

What is the The Latest and Best Way to Lose Weight?

What I like about this information is that it is just old-fashioned simple advice without a lot of hype, smoke, and mirrors.

I think if followed, we all can get skinny quick in a healthy way!

The Latest and Best Way to Lose Weight
By Henry M John

It's pretty true to say that the diet industry is never shy about coming up with new ideas or new fads. There is always some new potion, pill or plan popping up trying to catch our eye. They often offer what might seem to be the impossible, and often is. What's most remarkable is the emphasis on speed. Somebody always has the latest and best way to lose weight!

Everything is going to happen in an instant. Blink and you might miss the weight falling off! Is it too good to be true? Well, it depends what you're looking for. If it's short-term weight loss and you don't mind if the weight comes back again, then a new fad diet is probably just the thing for you. If you want to lose weight permanently, then you need to think again.

It's not always sensible to go for new things. Some of them are untested and may not deliver. The other side of the coin is that what has been on the market for some time has not delivered. We have an obesity epidemic which shows no sign of getting any better. People are just not able to lose weight with what is on offer to them. It really is time for some drastic new thinking about how to lose weight and keep it off.

The key to losing weight and keeping it off is not about dieting or pill popping. It is about changing what we do. Excess weight is almost certainly the result of accumulated bad habits. These can be eating habits or exercise habits (lack of exercise habits!) and a combination of the two. There are other factors as well, but what is not being addressed is the need to change.

How do you change? You do so by learning new habits, slim habits. This enables you change your behavior. When you do this you can make the changes that lead to permanent weight loss. It can be done!

How to Get Skinny Really Fast - 2 Astonishingly Easy Ways to Burn Fat Very Quickly

When it comes to weight loss and getting skinny quick, the simpler the process, the better. So, today, you will learn two easy things you can do to reach your weight loss efforts in record time.

I think you will really like them!

How to Get Skinny Really Fast - 2 Astonishingly Easy Ways to
Burn Fat Very Quickly
By Tina Bardo

Who else wants to get skinny really fast? If you are anything like many of the people reading this right now, the simple truth is that you do, right? It's true, for many of us, losing weight is not only important, losing it very quickly is often equally as imperative. And as we move closer to Spring, the desire to get a super skinny, hot, toned and ultra sexy beach body is on everyone's mind!

With this in mind, we've identified about 10 or 11 super fast tips and tricks for burning buckets of stubborn fat really quickly, and we're going to share two of them with you below. Read on.

Tip #1: 7 Day Organic Fruit Feast

Yes, this is not only one of my favorite ways to burn off a belly quickly, it's actually super healthy as well! Did you know that juice fasting (or "feasting" as many people call it) is one of the best ways to remove built up toxins, contaminants and other stubborn "gunk" from your body? It is - and before you write it off as just another new age, hippie approach to fat loss, think again! There is wealth of scientific data supporting fasting using organic fruit and vegetable juices, and the health benefits extend FAR beyond simply losing weight!

Tip #2: Believe in the Berry!

Did you know that acai berry has become one of the most popular underground "super foods to the stars" over the last 12 months? It's true...and celebrities from Oprah, to Rachael Ray, to superstar athletes from all major sports have acknowledges believing in the berry to facilitate super fast fat loss, better digestive health, a cleaner colon and an AMAZING influx of energy to boot! While there is an incredible amount of hype out there about Acai, the simple truth is that it is truly one of the most heart healthy, anti oxidant rich and belly busting natural foods anywhere in the world, and if you are serious about looking great in that bikini this summer, an acai berry diet is one super fast way to make sure you do!

Bonus Tip: Beware of the Acai Berry Scams! Unfortunately, many of the acai berry products on the market are scams, being sold by unscrupulous companies with one hand in your pocket, rather than out to help you heal. My best advice? If you really want to experience the amazing benefits of the berry, make sure you ONLY buy authentic acai berry juice or extract.

(This is the one that we use, and recommend to our family, friends and readers alike)

Good luck, and happy healing!

These weight loss tips are simple and any of us can do them.

I wish you success in your efforts!

Though it is only exercise and a balanced diet that helps them to stay in shape it is the choice of exercises that they do that helps them in maintain their shape. The 4 secrets to celebrities losing weight is:

1.Cardio vascular exercises and power yoga are some of the exercise regimen celebrities undertake. But this should be performed under supervision. If you have a medical condition then you need to consult your doctor before starting any exercise regimen. Celebrities hire personal trainers and start exercising their chest and back. Flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, and strength are some of the areas to work on. Have a heart rate monitor ready to asses your heart beats. That will help you to work out with ease.

2.The next target is the abdominals. This has to be attended to big time. Everyone tends to put on weight in the stomach and buttocks. Abdominal exercises helps in burning the fat around the middle. There are many squeezing and easing exercises in yoga as well as aerobics that help in flattening your abdomen. Pushups and sit ups also help the middle to stay in shape.

3.Celebrities stay off fats and carbs in their diets. Fruits, vegetables, sprouts and no fat milk, tuna fish and eggs are alternated for meals. Celebrities eat around four to six small meals in a day. They also take vitamins and nutrients to supplement their intake. This not only helps in weight loss but also helps the skin look radiant and glowing.

4.Celebrities also take diet pills so that they don't get hungry and binge. These pills not only suppress hunger, but also help in shedding weight. Anatril, Trimspa, Ecoslim are some of the diet pills that are available online. Hoodia Gordonii is a very powerful appetite suppressant.
