Skinny Diet-Sit Down to Slim Down?

As you know, there are all kind of diet fads out there. This is because people want to lose weight quick.

This post is for those people who believe that they don't need to exercise in order to lose weight. As it turns out, they are partly right.

Here's the scoop on how you can slim down by sitting down.

Research from the University of Toronto says sitting down may help you slim down. A research group was divided into two groups, one ate at a table set with linens and the other stood by a countertop.

The results? Those who stood ate a whopping 75% more at their next meal!

So, be smart and have a seat for your next meal. While you're at it, set the table with smaller plates; they may help you eat less, too!
